SHIPPING OPTIONS

(FREE) First Class USPS Standard Shipping (3-4 Business Days)

GoldStarsDC Offers FREE First Class USPS Standard with Tracking Numbers. After you placed an order with GoldStarsDC, it is our responsibility to ensure that your order is being shipped and delivered within 3-4 Business Days. In any cases that you do not receive your order, please contact our customer service by Clicking Here and we will help with you any issues regarding your order. 

 

USPS Priority Express Shipping (2 Business Days) and Insurance

GoldStarsDC also Offers USPS Priority Express Shipping for only $9.99 USD which includes FREE Insurance  and Tracking Numbers for your order. After your order has been confirmed, we will expedite and process your order immediately. We will inspect, packaged and ship your order within the next business day with USPS Priority Express Shipping. GoldStarsDC is fully responsible for the quality and delivery for all orders.

 

1. Tracking Number Notifications 

You will receive an email at the email address you have specified when your order has been dispatched - this email contains the tracking number so you can track it online right to your door. We provide tracking numbers for all orders. 

2. Delivery timescales.

After payment is received we take 24-48  hours to inspect, pack, and label the package (excluding weekends or Holidays). If you select our FREE Domestic Stand First Class Mail Shipping, you will received your order within 3-4 business days.

If you select the USPS Priority Express Shipping ($9.99) option, we will inspect, package and ship your order within 24 hours. You will received your order within 2 business days. This option also comes with FREE Insurance on your order in case of any package lost or theft. 

The GoldStarsDC does not open on public holidays. Orders received on these days will be dispatched the next working day.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS (PENDANTS AND LETTERS)

All custom pendant or letter orders will take about (6-8 weeks) to complete the production. Our goal to make sure that your jewelry is done right and will last a lifetime. Therefore, we carefully handcraft all jewelry making sure we are providing the best quality jewelry in the market. 

 

ALL SOLID GOLD JEWELRY

Please allow up to 7-10 days for production time on all Solid Gold items. Discount codes are NOT valid on Solid Gold orders. There are NO returns/cancellations on custom made items once in production.
