Are the jewelry made out of REAL Gold? 

Yes, All of our jewelry are PVD Plated 5x times and bonded with REAL gold. We guarantee that our jewelry WILL NOT fade or change coloration. We only offer premium high quality jewelry. 

 

Are they real Diamonds? 

All of our jewelry are made with VVS clarity lab grown 6A CZ Stones for the best shine and the quality. 


Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?
 

Yes!, We offer FREE Domestic USPS First Class Standard (3-4 Business Days) Shipping. We also offer USPS Priority Shipping 2 Business days with (FREE Insurance) with expedited order process for only $9.99 USD. All you have to do is sit back and wait for your package to be delivered to your shipping address. We will handle everything. 

 

What is the Shipping time? 

It will take 24-48 hours to inspect, packaged and ship your order after receiving. We offer FREE Standard Shipping (USPS First Class Mail 3-4 Business Days) and USPS Priority Express Shipping (2 Business Days) for $9.99 USD.  We will provide a tracking number via email/text after the order has been shipped.  

 

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order by contacting our support team via email support@goldstarsdc.com. Once your purchase order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

We understand how important secure payment is on any online store, and our checkout process is as secure as it gets. How do I track my order?

Yes, After your order has been confirmed and shipped, we will send you an email/text with a tracking number for your order. In any rare cases, if you did not receive any email update from GoldStarsDC, please send an email to our support team wit your order purchase number. My order has not arrived, what do I do? 

All USA customers can expect to have their purchase within 3-4  business days. However, if after this period you still have not received your item, then do not hesitate to get in touch with our friendly customer service team who will be happy to resolve this issue. Click Here to contact us. 

Please be patient with international orders as they will inevitably take longer to get to you. If for some reason your tracking link is not working or it is showing as delivered, please get in contact with either the courier or ourselves and we would be happy to find out what has happened

 

Do I pay customs or import charges? 

All orders are shipped from our Alexandria VA or Washington DC warehouse. GoldStarsDC will take care of all the customs and import charges. You do not need to pay or do anything else after you have placed your order. We will take care of everything. 

 

How does Lifetime Warranty works?
All orders are provided with a lifetime warranty card. Please send an email to our support team and we will try to resolve the issues as soon as possible. See (Lifetime Warranty) page for more information. All Moissanite jewelry are excluded from the lifetime warranty.
