RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Our Exchange policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused (brand new) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Due to Covid-19, we do not offer REFUNDS for any purchases. For any returns, we will offer store credit for the same amount of the return item.
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE
- Please be sure to save your postal receipt. Ship only with your country's Postal Service.
- You will be responsible for shipping cost to send the jewelry back to us.
- We highly recommend you insure your parcel and adequately protect it during shipment, and it's original packing. GoldStarsDC is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipment.
- We DO NOT issue REFUNDS for any returns. Only store credit will be provided for any returns.
- If you are unable to comply fully with the return policy, unfortunately, you may not be entitled to a full refund or replacement.
- Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.
- Returns can ONLY be accepted on purchases from Goldstarsdc.com.
There are NO cancellations/returns allowed on custom pendants once in production. All Custom Pendants orders are final and will not be able to make any changes.
Some returns will be subject to 15% restocking fees such as:
- initial Shipping cost if the item is returned not because there is a fault on Goldstarsdc.com side.
- if the item returned has been worn, dirt on the band, enlarged holes on the band, scratches on the clasp, plastic wrap has been removed, the band has been shortened etc.
All Sales items and Promotion items are Final Sale and will not eligible for returns or exchange.
